CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering (½ day)                                            A qualification providing service employees with basic food safety knowledge.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (1 day)                                             A qualification providing food handlers with fundamental food safety knowledge.

CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (3 days)                          A qualification designed for people working in food businesses at a supervisory level. It would be of benefit to those responsible for quality assurance, raw materials purchase, customer complaint investigation or on-the-job training.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace (1 day)                               A qualification providing employees with fundamental Health & Safety knowledge.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Healthier Foods and Special Diets (1 day)                              A qualification that provides caterers with the fundamental principles of nutrition and the necessary knowledge to affect real change in the eating habits of the nation.
